Ingredients:
100 g prepared anchovies
1 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp crushed black peppercorns
2 tsp each of chopped parsley rosemary, sage and basil
1 tsp chopped mint
Instructions:
1. In a sterile container, combine all the ingredients so that everything is well covered.
2. Seal firmly and store for up to 2 weeks, shaking occasionally.
