Our selection includes large white Anchovy Fillets, Marinated “Mediterranean Style” in Oil and Vinegar, either plain or with their own individual ingredients added, such as Anchovies with Garlic, Anchovies with Green Olives, and Anchovies with Oriental Sauce, to create delicious appetisers, starters, salads or snacks. Also included is a popular and colourful Seafood Salad mix, with a collection of the highest quality-checked seafood pieces, such as mussels, octopus, calamari and shrimps all marinated, yet still retaining their freshness and flavour.
We're strict about presentation and all our
seafood products come beautifully presented and evenly distributed
in 1kg and 2kg catering size transparent tubs, ideal for delicatessen
counters and catering firms, and in 200g retail size packs for the chiller
shelves. Our products are strictly monitored for appearance, presentation,
quality and taste, and have all the necessary health certificates and
HACCP. They are extremely healthy and natural products with simple ingredients
and no GM’s or additives, and are highly recommended for pregnant
women. These products are not to be confused with the salted anchovies
packed in tins and jars, our products have an entirely different appearance,
texture, quality and taste. Although, if you are a salted anchovy lover
we also supply these in 400g tins and various sized jars.
